I just made this as a joke but right after posting it I was just staring at it and realized that Roxy’s eyes are the same color as Foxy’s AND the animatronics in Security Breach are like sapient AI or something so it would make sense if they felt this sort of things like people do AND there’s a Foxy attraction at the Pizzaplex but Foxy is nowhere to be seen AND Freddy does mention that there used to be a Bonnie but he never mentions Foxy being decommisioned AND Mangle and Funtime Foxy were also feminine variants of Foxy but they were never comfirmed to be either male or female so it would be omega-based of Scott to make a trans animatronic AAAND Roxy is literally one letter away from Foxy… though she’s a wolf and Foxy is a fox but that can be changed by just redesigning the suit which would be done if the gender was to be changed anyway AND otherkin is a thing IRL
Edit: ALSO Roxy is always repeating things to herself about being gorgeous and everyone loving her and thats paired with crying and screaming when you destroy her face to take her eyes which doesnt mean she’s trans but just think about it
From what little I know about Scott, I doubt this was the intention. Could be, but I’m not convinced. Also that still leaves Monty unexplained, if the glamrock animatronics are still possessed by the souls of the originals - which I don’t believe is the case… pretty sure only the original game’s animatronics, marionette, Ballora, Baby, and maybe one or two others I can’t think of atm were actually possessed
Tbf there’s also Steel Wool now! And Monty was just a new character that wasnt part of the band like the daycare attendant but is now replacing Bonnie after he was decommisioned, supposedly because Monty destroyed him out of envy amplified by the mimic’s program… though there’s also Mark’s theory

Knowing about Scott’s political leanings and him being more or less a christian fundamentalist: I highly doubt it.
