    CBDCs are issued by the central bank/treasury of a nation as an official currency of that nation. Cryptocurrencies are developed by random individuals/groups and have no inherent value.

    CBDCs are a nightmare from a security/privacy perspective and should be avoided at all costs

    One is money by the people and for the people while the other is the furtherment of power grabs by the governmyth to control everyone for the benefit of the few
