I had a comment flagged on LinkedIn for “hateful speech” today. Needless to say, I am ashamed of my actions. Elon Musk and Larry Ellison are very rich, very big boys, and I’m sure there are plenty of games that they’re good at.
Stop picking on those poor billionaires! They can’t help it that they exploit everyone and use their money to gain more money and power! You think they ENJOY the difficulty of trying to spend infinite money? You think it’s FUN hanging out on a super yacht with all of the alcohol, drugs, and paid friends? Why won’t anyone think of the poor poor billionaires?
Don’t forget they’re trickling down their billionaires to the world sized yacht builder’s children!
I’m happy you’ve learned your lesson and next time you will think twice about commenting on their friendless, cockless, gigantic ego existence.
I’m not sure number of friends is a measure of wealth, either. Consider for a moment all the US president’s friends. Fox and Friends.
Okay, there’s “friends”, and there’s “Friends™”. Let’s not get it twisted.
I’d wonder if the word “bitch” was omitted whether this still would’ve been removed
Oh no, swearing is totally cool. Prior to this, I commented somewhere about the wealth inequality engineered by “greedy, egomaniacal fucks”, so it’s definitely the fact that I expressed “hatred” towards these people in particular.
Yeah but some people say ‘bitch’ is on a whole worse level than ‘fuck’ because it’s a gendered insult towards women or something.
Huh… I guess I don’t have the most mainstream perspective on that.
Is that the type awareness you would typically associate with LinkedIn policies?
Those people are stupid
