I would like to add terminal sounds to my computer. Think the sounds on terminals in Fallout or Starfield. Has anybody already attempted the project and how did they achieve success?

What kind of sounds? You probably can set bell sound in most terminal emulators, if you want some kind of typewriter sound look at ‘cool retro term’ it might support something like that.
