I’ve been posting through mobile (Boost client) and always chosen only URL as a content of my post. And it resulted to a post with an empty thumbnail on web (you have to click on it to see the image). Does anyone use this client? What’s the best in your opinion?

They are happening… I just don’t have time and mental capacity to make a post every day. My working schedule is tough nowadays :(
If it’s any consolation, I can see thumbnails and images just fine in your posts using the Eternity app. Wouldn’t recommend the app though as it’s got a few issues and hasn’t been updated in almost a year. The only reason I’m still typing from it as we currently speak is extreme laziness.
Photon (an alternative web frontend) shows it properly too. I think it’s just the default web client that works like that.
Replace Eternity with sync and I’m the same. Waiting for that one every few years update period that sync gets. Always a gamble if it comes again before I finally switch apps.
Using boost too. I often don’t see posted images in comments.
Idk. I only use lemmy on mobile lol. Looks good to me

I’ve been using only web like a peasant and I’ve always had thumbnails for your quality memes. Dunno if it varies depending of the home instance.

I used Voyager until i had troubles attaching pictures to comments
working over here on sproinkle.

The problem was on web version. I opened lemmy.blahaj.zone website, and saw that all my posts lack thumbnails (there are grey link icons instead), and you need to click on that grey link to see the image
No problems for me on Tesseract, this post or previous ones.
Posts are fine on mlem as well
