If it’s on the job, wouldn’t they be public abusers rather than domestic ones?
My poor attempt at blurring the meaning of the word to imply the abuse is everywhere, home and in the nation.
I knew a state patrolman that was only punished for rape due to using his work car to transport the victim. They were not punished for the rape.
My answer is “both”.
