This rally also marks the campaign's official kickoff. If we are going to get through the next four years with our country, community, and family intact we must come together and push a more powerful message than hate and autocracy. We must come together in solidarity to fight for a world where all our families get healthcare when needed, where our communities can earn a living wage and thrive, where quality homes are affordable and accessible, where we tackle wealth inequality and the climate crisis head on, and our nation learns from the past to prosper in the future. We CAN build this future while protecting our constitutional rights, including for immigrants, LGBT+, and any other marginalized group Trump & Elon Musk want to scapegoat for political gain. 🚨 On Saturday, April 19th, we're taking to the streets to shout back with a clear message: we will fight for the future we deserve! 🚨 Our peaceful message to the world: Virginia does NOT consent to the destruction of our government and our economy for the benefit of Trump and his billionaire allies. Alongside Americans all across the country, we are marching, rallying, and protesting to demand a stop to the chaos and build an opposition movement that will bring us forward to a future that works for all Americans, not just some.
