She’s a woman. It’s not a sure thing.
This is very routine. Supreme Court is highest level of appeal if other appeals fail. Does not mean that it will be taken up. Vast majority are not.
I wonder how many of the SCOTUS she already knows?
They must have been state charges? Legitimately I forget, but if not there’s no way Trump wouldn’t pardon her, particularly for some special favors…
