Per a ‘high level source’:

-Personality conflicts with Gail and others backstage/TNA President Carlos Silva – clear vision of how they wanted to run things, Gail didn’t agree or want to “fall in line” (She thought she knew how to run the company better then the people who were above her.)

-Job performance: Knockouts Division was severely lacking and wasn’t ever replenished. State of the division. Nobody is excited about the division right now (fans).

Also of note in another report from SRS: There was significant push back from the roster, with one talent telling us they’ll be leaving when their deal is up

Honestly, the return of Tessa Blanchard soured me on TNA to the point that I haven’t been bothered to watch it at all. It just fell off my radar. I’m frankly more interested in Maple Leaf Pro than whatever TNA is doing since it’s clear Scott D’Amore is very passionate about building a damn good wrestling company.

Same. Start of the year I was full on into TNA again, they tossed Scott, I fell off, they brought in Tessa and I just stopped paying attention pretty much entirely.

Sounds right. She was rather vocal in her distaste for WWE after her last run there.

She thought she knew how to run the company better then the people who were above her.)

After Scott got canned most of the people above Gail were probably new to the company, so she was probably right.
