    He meant to add Jeffrey Epstein but picked the wrong name from the contacts list.

    He knows he’s dead, but they still add him to all government group chats as a sign of remembrance. It’s their version of GNU Terry Pratchett.

        It confused me first as well.
        In one of his novels there is a telegraph signal going around in circles to remember someone. The GNU represents flags to repeat, but not log the message and some other stuff.
