I like the way you think! One week of the same is often my plan.
I use Mealie and try to prep on weekends
I try to as well, but keep failing quite often
“It’s called meal prep honey, now fetch me the 5 gallon bucket and make some room in the fridge.”
And still, somehow, manage to eat it all.
And I’m mad that it didn’t last for a week and I need to cook again.
Instead of a hundred small sticks of spaghetti, I just want one really long one.
Add thickness and it will double as a wizard staff.

I’m really bad at cooking but apparently I learned my lesson on this one, and measure the quantity I’m used to.
I’m usually okay with pasta but I can’t seem to make less than a week’s worth of rice at a time.
Same. We’ve taken to portioning and freezing it
