A government has a responsibility to protect its citizens, and in turn the citizens give up freedoms and agree to the rules of the government.

A government that abdicates this responsibility also abdicates the concent of its populous to be governed.

Operation Blazing Sword is about educating and preparing LGBTQ folks on firearms.

This government has shown that it no longer is concerned for the protection to trans people, so trans people and allies have every right to resist the government by any means necessary.

Seems like I could have a good time using this flag to confront people with their hypocrisy though.

Ever looked into libertarian socialism? I always considered myself left but some libertarian ideas vibed with me like anti government and self organization. Turns out left libertarians have all this but in a more coherent and humane way. “Anark” is a Youtuber with entry level videos and also long essays to deepen it.

I don’t really consider libertarianism to be something you should be proud of,

Depends if you’re a libertarian or a “libertarian”

Most people who claim to be libertarian are just conservatives wearing a mask

True libertarians aren’t as prevalent, and often get confused with anarchists

What is the difference between Libertarian and anarchist in your mind? From my knowledge, Libertarian is a term coined because anarchists were persecuted

In the most basic terms, I’d say anarchists want no state whereas libertarians are okay with a little bit of state

Do you perchance live in the US? In other parts of the world libertarianism is a normal political ideology that opposed authoritarianism.

No, but I do live in an english-speaking country that imports a lot of it’s meanings behind ideologies from the US.

Ah, that’s understandable. From what I’ve heard about US “libertarians”, it’s definitely nothing to be proud of.
