    It makes me so happy that people are offering advice to help. It gives me hope despite all the madness going on in the world. “Look for the helpers,” right?

    But yeah, OP. Get some regular exercise, even if it’s not intense. Eat well, avoid processed snacks and soda and such. Drink more water. Spend time on yourself to relax and have fun, even if only a little time. Call an old friend, if you’re lucky enough to have one. Sleep on a regular schedule with at least 7 hours, ideally 8. This stuff should help, at least a little

    please be gentle to me dear reader for I know this is but a meme. anyone who is feeling these things do yourself a favor and start moving your body regularly.

      Jogging got me into eating regularly and destressor (I visualised as which is going to win - a 5k run or my mood/frustration).

      if your anger wins, you finish the 5k in record time (next time go farther). Most of the time I just finish the run feeling less stressed and more able to tackle the issue with a clear mind without the mood.

      Now I actually have legit reason to feel tired and friends/family look at me as an athlete for just doing 5k. There’s a lot of benefits but just make sure to go at your own pace/growth and not compare to others.
