    If you know how to script in python, I’d recommend throwing together a script that uses faker to generate fake personal info then throw it into their forms using requests and a post request. BeautifulSoup and Selenium can also be useful. Hop VPN after every cycle.

    Emails are a bit of a pain to do it with but I keep a personal list of mailing lists to sign people up to.

    Wow, terrible. What would someone say if they were to have a form letter that they could send to one of these tip lines? Where are some of the tip lines that someone could send these form letters too?

      I hear people are doing such dishonest things as flooding the ICE Tip Form with false leads.

      The fools. Hope they’ve got a VPN, or whatever it is they need to stay anonymous and untraceable.
