      This is unfortunately part of Rule 1. I am not reporting this post, because I agree the entire statement is important, but do not be surprised if it’s removed under that rule.

      Perhaps use an excerpt that gets the gist across? I don’t think it’s behind a paywall, the Guardian is usually good about that.
