I got one of their desktops partially cuz i liked the case, partially because I wanted to support the business. It was a little pricey, but I’ve been happy with it. It’s a nice compliment to my cheap laptop and super old desktop.

I dont think of any of them as better or worse, they just serve different purposes. & linux works great on all of them.

Same here, I’ve only heard good things about their hardware and themselves as a company. Their computers are definitely too expensive to make sense (from hardware perspective) but other then that I don’t think there’s any major issues?
