    Yep, in the Loper decision the Supremely Corrupt Six ruled that they totally know better about every technical field than experts who spent decades in their field and should be able to judge and override any and every minor detail they should see fit. If I had a billion dollars I might spend a small chunk of it filing cases for the 5th appeal circuit and Supreme Court on various nearly meaningless federal agency minutae, to keep these justices away from making unjust decisions.

      If you had a billion dollars there would be more effective ways to address the courts lol. That being said, no one with that much money ever would.
