    Next time you get consumerism cravings,
    try out a new open source app of some sort!

    Looking for one feels like shopping / getting a new thing.

    It won’t upset your wallet,
    it will likely make you happy,
    it will make the developer of the app happy,
    and it will likely be good for your privacy/battery life as well!

      Yeah i was gonna say this is not your brain telling you to consoom, its some app or website with ads in it that influences your idle thoughts. The solution is less exposure to that cancer and more to cool stuff.

    My brain does this, except I want to obtain more pets. I am at my limit. I can’t handle more animals. Rn my coworker is has a surplus of kittens and I’ve been real depressed. Temptation is so high
