Oil and gas which need to be extracted from deep underground so we can burn them: a gift from God.

Wind and sunlight which come to us for free and never run out: somehow not a gift from God.

The more you know about the process of oil/coal and how it’s extracted and used, the more you would be convinced Satan or some sort of evil chaos demon like Nurgle is responsible for it.

It starts with death, and goes right on to burning in LITERAL fire to produce toxic gasses. Basically the traditional Christian Hell.

Also wind and sunlight literally come from the sky, which is like, the number 1 thing associated with divinity of all time.

Reminds me of a quote from a Warhammer 40k book. “When the stars fell, when the seas boiled and the earth burned, my faith didn’t die. That is when I began to believe. God was real, and he hated us.”

So let’s burn the gifts? I don’t think I’ve ever received a gift I lit on fire.

Damn, what is the non-fossil-fuel-sponsored version of COP now, since this is just a farce to cover a fossil fuel enthusiast conference? Does the IPCC organize anything credible?

So is climate change bitch. Good luck growing cotton and fruits and vegetables when you are experiencing record breaking droughts. Hope this petrostate collapses sooner than later.

I initially read that last sentence as “Hope his prostate collapses sooner than later.” and honestly couldn’t find a reason to disagree.

And its of my opinion holding dominion over the Earth, as the Bible says, does not mean fuck it to all hell. It means take care of it. But yeah by all means destroy this thing you say your God created in beauty.
