Yes, that’s the point of the post. Trump and his campaign staff could not have tried harder to imply they were using the Coachella festival grounds for Trump’s “100k” event but it actually took place at a random shithole in the Coachella valley that’s a fraction of the size. But thank you for explaining it a second time and for including another map, the first one clearly wasn’t enough to illustrate the point that Coachella is a place in California and not just the name of a music festival.

When and where did they claim they were going to be holding a rally at Coachella Festival Grounds? The average person probably doesn’t even realize Coachella is the name of a music festival, let alone a city in California…

        Fuck trump either way lol

Coachella is one of the biggest music festivals in the world and has been going on for twenty five years. It’s always a mistake to assume one’s own ignorance is shared by everyone else.

          In the US?

Anyone under 50 and most over 50 that watch the news occasionally…

          also which is more likely.

          1. Trump’s campaign accidentally chose an obscure CA town that just happened to be hosting the most popular music festival in the US.

          or

          1. They intentionally chose the site to gain favor with young people?

So you lack all critical thinking skills?

Yeah, I don’t get the point of this post. Even if it was the same place, it’s just a field when the festival is not on, there’s nothing special about it.

It’s a deep cut, so not many will get it, but this reminds me of Bonaroo South by from “Your Pretty Face is Going to Hell”

He knows that! He wants you to headline Coachella AND the shit farm!

What exactly is meant by “manure farm” here? If they mean “farm that fertilizes with manure” then that’s a weird jeer since it’s not uncommon.

Also an 80 year old man doing this sounds hysterical.

To staffers - What do the kids like nowadays? What’s that? Go chella? Yeah give me a gochella rally next

A manure farm is exactly what the name implies, they produce and manage (farm) manure from livestock for agricultural use. It’s not a “weird jeer” it’s just an accurate description of the property where the rally was hosted.

Typically the primary product of the farm would be the livestock though, not the manure. I’ve never heard of someone using an entire farm just for collecting and processing manure.

“Typically” aka “I’ve never heard of this practice before so I’m going to talk directly out of my ass and insist this is not a thing.” Jfc, blocked.

“Typically” meaning “old mcdonald had a farm, and on that farm he had a cow, not a steaming pile of shit”

Typically does not mean "anything else never happens.

You strawmanned, and then won an imaginary argument with yourself. What a child.

The idea of claiming that even the majority of farms exist with their primary export being manure is so laughable that its unbelievable you even tried to push that argument.

I once typed this setup for a completely unrelated joke:

“What do you call a herd of masturbating cattle?”

And a friend punchlined me by answering:

    “Coachella”

Quick look at the locations… it looks like the place trump had his get together is regularly used as overflow parking for the Coachella festival. Best guess from the satellite view.
