If the claim is that someone made this theory in 2011, then yes, that’s a perfectly good source. The whole theory is of course bonkers, but nowhere is it claimed that there is a shed of evidence supporting it, just that the theory exists.

I mean even the blog itself was made up, as stated in the Wikipedia article.
