    Pretty good here, though I’m worried my new apartment might have mold. I’m currently monitoring humidity and will take steps if it’s there, but I can’t handle mold’s effect on my mental health.

    I have a place to stay right now, so I’m not in the apartment until I determine the mold issue.

    Pretty good. Sounds like layoffs might be in my family’s future, but we’ve weathered that storm before. I think we’ll be okay.

    Ok, for the most part. Didn’t get much sleep last night, also feel dehydrated. Some stress over work: I’m teaching a training course for our interns and am barely able to create the course material needed for the next day of instruction. I was pulled into this late and had 2 months to create and prepare to teach a 6 week training course. Should have said no, as I did have a choice, so now am making a point to speak up for myself and enforce boundaries. I’m learning a lot from this. Ugh, so tired.
