Hey… hey man … look — the poem, it doesn’t work for anyone, it’s just words, yeah? maybe you’d want some better ones, here goes— u been outside & away from screens lately? fresh air & some trees maybe sound good? or a sandwich, a nap after, curled up with a fuzzy cat? then you could wake up a bit fresher & stretch real big & stare out, & it would all seem nicer, people’a faces lit with kindness, yeah?

& even if ya can’t get some of that for real, wanna just sit still & imagine it? I’ll sit over here & I’ll imagine it too, & as you read this, I’ll be doing it back here when I typed it— I’m seeing you feeling better, sighing in relief, yoir face relaxing, your eyes quieted, your heart just a few drops more full. see— now you’re doing ok.
