      I actually suspect there may be different versions available and there’s some tiny flag or label somewhere that says one is available to do and so audience or distribution and they picked that one, because it was there. Nobody even knew what the difference was.

      Same reason but a different side effect makes it so one gets flagged for licensing and one doesn’t.
