minus-square@lololalink66•18 days agoThank you. What’s with this edit? No animation, no author credit, awkward phrasing, poor fitting of the text to the speech bubbles…
minus-square@Nelots@lemm.eelinkfedilinkEnglish26•18 days agoTbf it’s a lot harder to edit a gif than a picture. Removing author credit is lame af though. It was very obviously intentionally done.
minus-square@absentbird@lemm.eelinkfedilink10•edit-218 days agoTrue, though Gimp makes it pretty easy when the text is in the same spot each frame like that: Make a new layer for blocking over the old text, put the new text on a layer above that one, then export to gif. minus-square@jacksilver@lemmy.worldlinkfedilink12•18 days agoYeah I also feel like the original one does a better job getting the same general point across
minus-squareNeatolinkfedilinkEnglish24•18 days agoSame point. It’s the same sword and a sword has only a single point. The pointy end.
minus-square@RizzRustbolt@lemmy.worldlinkfedilink12•18 days agoSometimes the holdy end has a point too.
minus-square@dm_me_your_boobs@lemm.eelinkfedilink6•18 days agoThanks for using the proper sword terminology.

No, it’s a different point

Thanks for using the proper sword terminology.
The edit fumbled it so hard it feels pro-violence
Oh, it is.
