I mean it’s still a bit confusing because for me wanting to and wearing them wasn’t ever a gender thing, I just thought they’re comfy, though I guess many people aren’t as Gender Non-conforming as I am, so I guess it kind of makes sense…? I don’t know.

Pardon my ignorance but how exactly is wanting to wear thigh highs (gender) dysphoria?
I’m assuming it’s not dysphoria exactly, it’s just a desire. Which, if fulfilled, probably would bring euphoria.
