I thought that it was just being adorable and clever.
Yeah I could see that but I have seen that repetition and similar mistakes on DALL-E. Sometimes aren’t as nice as this one though.
Although it could have edited after and add the text after, I have done it at some point.
In any case the resolution also gives hints and one of the hands and some artifacts here and there, plenty of clues.
