The initiative gives business owners the opportunity to display rainbow stickers that show the business is a safe space for LGBTQ+ people.

    If the bill gets struck down for being unconstitutional, it still was in effect for a short while, and sends a message to the people they don’t like to stay away because the government is hostile to their existence. It’s a win win for them regardless of if it gets struck down or not
