According to someone on a discord I was on, they got called to the principal and the principal said “don’t be mad at me, but this is the rules” and made the kid call their own parents and say it.
“Following the rules” is a cop out. There’s so many ways for the principal to “follow the rules”, but protect the kids.
For example, leave a 10min voice mail where the principle reads the admissions forms line by line in monotone. It’s there, and provable. The principal did in fact read line 6 of page 23 where is said “gender, with options male, female. male”

That’s so messed up, and really cowardly of the adults. Trying to assuage his own guilt with “sorry, just following orders” is such a cop out excuse.
Right? And I expected it was more of a “we’ll call your parents” situation. If they’re forcing kids to make the call that’s fucking torture
