Nope, it’s gotten at least as low as -1 (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geography_of_Angola#Climate) A record low of 18.1 in Yemen? Nope, it’s gotten at least as low as -4 (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geography_of_Yemen#Climate) Those numbers I found also aren’t across the whole country (just specific cities), so it’s possible colder temperatures have been recorded elsewhere And those are just the two I checked
