Unfortunately time travel only exists in one direction so we can’t have prevented the making of the equipment in the first place.

What we can do is try to prevent our government from replacing a lot of the equipment though.

Unfortunately as long as Russia is being an aggressor to it’s neighbors I don’t see it stopping anytime soon.
