Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi estimated a 2.95-mile ride would cost $20 but was surprised to learn it actually cost $51, Wired reported.

Wouldn’t have a cab costed the same every day? I’m curious as to how that would compare.

  If they are not in a city in the US, probably not. The nearest cab company is 2 towns/cities away from me.
