We’re quite sensitive to taste in some ways so yeah, most tap water is awful. We have to filter it before drinking it.
Some bottled water is okay, but not all.

Yes, but in our experience we are sensitive to even the tiniest drop of alcohol, and usually they contain some.
Also we are allergic to gluten.
