I think it worked Edit: When I say reset I don’t mean that all bacteria and fungi is lowered to 0, it’s always a balancing act with healthy foods at some point.

Interesting, I had no idea.
I had dysbiosis a year ago and used activated charcoal tablets to absorb toxins and to calm and reset the flora situation.
I think it worked
Edit: When I say reset I don’t mean that all bacteria and fungi is lowered to 0, it’s always a balancing act with healthy foods at some point.
Guess I’m lucky I’m not on any.
