    He’s already been impeached twice last go-around… It takes congress actually voting him out and nearly none of the GOP will do that

        I don’t think a GOP led House would even bring it up for a vote. The corruption is built in.

        And the answer is yes. But impeaching him has no hard consequences without Congress then giving him the boot, which they won’t. He would stay in office, resources would be tied up, the proceeding would provide cover to do insidious things while the media is distracted by the impeachment shit, and at the end it would just feed his persecution complex.
