I don’t think you’re fucked at all. Your life situation like that for a reason, and that reason can be treated and fixed. I mean, I don’t know your situation so I can’t really say for sure but I believe you’ll be able to deal with it.

Supportive people are of a huge help, whether online or IRL. It may be hard to befriend people and keep the friendship but it’ll possibly be the hardest step to make, as the next ones will be done with others.

I also find it helpful to keep some hopeful and affirming media around, for times when my mental issues cause me to fail. E.g., rewatching some Bocchi the rock episodes help me cope with anxiety when it leads me to fail something important.

Therapy can also be an option but it costs money so I can’t say if it’s an option for you.

Thankfully I’m not paying anything for psychologist and regularly going to both psychologist and psychiatrist. I’m trying to work it out but main problem to finding a job is to find something for morning only that would accommodate my needs. Hate feeling like a parasite on parents.

Yeah, jobhunting is hell and you aren’t alone at this. Just keep checking and applying, eventually you’ll be employed! Good luck with this!

It’s cool that in some places mental support is so accessible! We were checking for a psychiatrist for my GF recently and holy cow they’re expensive! We’re going for them anyway ofc.
