nono this is from Meta Runner, not LoL X3 but Tari (the blue girl) with her hair tied does look exactly like the girl from Arcane (Jinx?) and I feel like Belle (the red girl) also looks a bit like the Arcane girl’s sister or something? I think MR is a bit older than Arcane but since the show is so gaming-related maybe they r actually a reference to the LoL characters
