Conservative strategist Steve Bannon’s trial on state charges of conspiring to dupe donors to a border wall charity will be postponed from next month to late February.

Summary

Steve Bannon’s trial on state charges of conspiracy and money laundering related to the WeBuildTheWall Inc. charity has been postponed to February 25.

Prosecutors allege misuse of donor funds, including over $600,000 to pay off a credit card debt linked to another Bannon nonprofit.

The judge is also considering whether to keep the jury anonymous, following a request by prosecutors.

Bannon recently completed a federal prison sentence for contempt of Congress.

If a source you used was already posted by someone else, the autoMod will leave a message. Please remove your post if the autoMod is correct. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.

8. Misinformation is prohibited.

Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.

9. No link shorteners.

The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
